I took my ipod touch to get the screen fixed and according to the owner the ipod would be fixed in 4 days. When my husband went to pick it up they told him it wasn't ready yet. He went four days later and the owner told him that he had broken the screen that he had replaced by accident and he had to reorder another one. It was going to take him another four days. When my husband went to pick it up, the owner admitted that he had been lying the whole time and that he had lost the ipod since the first day he had it. He promised to replace it with another ipod but when we went to pick it up today he was with a different attitude and flat out said that he couldn't replace it and that IF we wanted, we could have a phone instead of the ipod but that we would have to pay the difference for the phone. I am very disapointed at this man. I dont know what to do.
